Apparently Thorus is supposed to offer 2-Handed skill when you become a guard for some reason he offers me str/dex upgrades and no 2-handed...Did I do something wrong?

Alright for some odd reason I have found that Lester in the Sect Camp is completely locked up...I was wondering what console command I could possibly use to reset him or something....as it is I cannot ...
