what exactly does progressing in a chapter do? open up new quests?
i'm in chapter one and i'm worried i have to like explore the whole map and do all quests because i might not be able to do them ... |

if i succesfully sneak into someone's house w/0 them ever knowing and take things from either their chests or shelves.
Will this effect anything in the game albeit my relationship with that npc or ... |
