Thanks - I got it now. I wish the manual was better. If it weren't for forums like this one Gothic 2 would be all but unplayable for the non-hardocre gamer.

I got Cassia the ring and she gave me the key to the door in the hotel. Now she'll teach me dex, but doesn't offer me the blood chalice quest. Is there any way to induce her to offer the quest?

| The only way I know of to speed up the load times is to get a new computer.l I just got one and it went from minutes to seconds. If there's an easier way, i don't know it. |

| Yes, I found out that they key gotten from the ledger book didn't open the sewer gate. Since I'd already done in the bandits and no longer had the fish I had to Marvin my way into the sewer. I hope ... |

I haven't been able to find the Thieve's Guild or the door to the sewer. Nagur and Kardif haven't anything more to tell me. But I do have the key, if I could only find the door.

I have the pick locks skill and I have lockpicks, but when I click on the lockpicks nothing happens. How do I open locked chests using this skill and the lockpicks.
