| You could always enchant an item with a light spell or pay to get an item enchanted. Make the enchanted item cast light upon yourself. |

| Your skill has nothing to do with being able to do a constant effect enchant. In able to do a constant effect enchant you must trap a very powerful soul in a high value soul gem. |

| You can easily make an artifact that cast soultrap on the enemy but as far as making it last there is a duration setting but the higher you set it the more magic is used to cast the soultrap. |
