I'd like to say Torment. It had the best story and the best character development, and I claim that those are the most important things to me in an RPG.

I don't really expect Baldur's Gate III from Interplay since the story arc is over. Granted, a new game in the FR would be fine. But they should keep the BG name retired rather than taintin ...
