ACtually I prefer using left mouse button and up arrow to control and up arrow. The mouse allows you to track enemies pretty well. Of course the fast ones can still make you dizzy!

I enjoyed playing it. I hear the fan patches at http://www.fansforultima.com made it even better. People seem to especially like the dialogue patch from what I read there.
