If anyone's interested in what this "patch" does:
It's only for international versions and simply fixes the broken manual.pdf in these versions.

Most definately NOT.
Fable looks nothing like Gothic to me.
I would at least recommend to wait for LOTS of player reviews before even thinking about getting it. You just can't trust the big gaming ... |

Don't worry too much about force-powers though, most enemies can easily be defeated without ... |
