It's not a trivial issue when the bug can breaks or stop the game progression. A techie gamers can easily solve the bug but that's not all about it - what about average PC users or majority of buyers ...

My system same level as the recommended system: 2.4 Mhz, 512 RAm and ATI 9600. Game run good overall with minor slow down (when looking at water).
