Here's the info that came over the PR wire: Starting next week about 1000-2000 Beta CD's will be sent out to new beta testers of the Phase 2 Beta. Also beta testers will probably have to aquire a whole new Neocron client sometime in the future of the beta test. This is because of the implementation of the NeoFRAG (holomatches) and drastic changes to the Wastelands. In fact, the Wastelands that the beta testers are currently playing in are a "dummy" Wasteland system which is completely different from the final Wastelands which will be in the new client software. These changes are so large and drastic that they can't be patched into the current client and a new one is required. New CDs will most probably be sent containing the new client software, as before. I registered for this thing ages ago and just received the info that I'm one of these lucky 2000....
