A review of Final Fantasy 10 can be found at Intelgamer today. An overall rating of 98/100 tells you and us that they loved the game, and their summary is equally enthusiastic:

Once again Square has brought a superb product back on the table. After after doubts about their experimental games during the playstation reign, Square once again proves me wrong and shows me why they are the leader in their market. Final Fantasy X is a must play for anyone and everyone alike. New innovations, high quality polish, I haven’t felt this good about a console rpg since Final Fantasy VI on snes. When was the last time you had this much fun playing Final Fantasy ? It almost makes me sad that Final Fantasy XI will be an online only game after proving once again what a good story line and good gameplay can do to the human soul. Now excuse me while I go out and buy the soundtrack.
