Lineage : The Bloodpledge has been reviewed over at RPGVault today. The review is mostly good, with only a few sore spots for the game. Heres a snippet from the most interesting (for me) aspect of the game:

Although player characters can temporarily group to hunt and share experience, the most important alliances by far involve the Bloodpledge. Any Prince or Princess looking for expanded influence may form a Bloodpledge, which is basically a clan sworn to a blood oath of loyalty. A leader may upload a custom 16x12 bitmap symbol, setting each pledge apart from others. Bloodpledges may own and defend castles, from which they can levy taxes on the surrounding lands, and make royal decrees. Castles can be attacked by opposing pledges in an involved, formal process known as a siege. Briefly, the attacking pledge must breach the outer, then inner gates of the castle, and finally defeat the enemy Prince or Princess in order to take the castle. The attacking pledge has until sundown to complete the siege, and if they are successful, they have two game days of preparation available before any other pledge may besiege them. Pledges may also declare war on each other, which allows them to kill each other without alignment penalty, and even in safety areas. Unlike a siege, wars are long-running and can only be ended by the respective leaders agreeing to and declaring a truce.
