Another playing session for A Tale in the Desert has been announced for next week wednesday:Everyone,
The next session of the US congress will be held in Ancient Egypt. We're also holding a play session, same place, same time:
Wednesday, 8/14/2002 from 7:00PM (GMT-0500) until 2:00AM
Many congressional staffers, and possibly their bosses will join us for a special play session starting at 8:00PM. At that time, a new Test of Leadership, "The Test of the Demi-Pharaoh" will be unveiled. Although the congressional staffers will arrive at 8:00PM, the server will open at 7:00PM for everyone on this list. I will create a chariot stop at a new School of Architecture that will be located near the Great University of Leadership. I'd encourage the best Mentors in the land to set up a welcome banner, and learn the layout of this new area.

So far, their news section has been absolutely up-to-the-minute. A feature I especially like are the interviews with well-known players. The first of these, with Mountain Market based trader Hellinar, is now online.
