Sherrin has rated the following games:

Elder Scrolls 3 - Morrowind: 9/10 points

Fabulous game where you can do as much or as little as you want. The graphics are wonderful and I like that you can walk around something in the 3D world rather than be stuck on a 2D background. The story is amazing and just keeps getting better and deeper as your character develops. I like that there's no limit to what you can do, or become, with your character. I played it for 3 weeks non-stop, often dragging myself to bed at 5:00am only to be back into at 9:00am. This's the best game I've ever played and one that I will return to again and again to play as a different character. I found the magic side a little difficult tho - but then I always do, lol. I was dissappointed the potions didn't give a top-up to your health, only boosted it while you were in combat merely to end a few seconds later leaving you near death (or maybe I just got the wrong ones - whatever - I didn't use them at all). Tribunal was very limited after the big world of Vvardenfell and the major NPCs weren't as well developed. Stilted. Bloodmoon was heading back in the right direction, but I feel it was just an added adventure for a die-hard fan rather than a challenge to the extension of your already formed character. Good fun.

Gothic: 8/10 points

Gothic is a great game. I liked that the NPCs had their own lives. the storyline was easy to follow and the interaction with others made is extremely intersting and fun (I especially liked the voice-over of the conversations - rather than just reading them). I liked the 3D world and the way the story deepened and its logical progression. It could've been longer, but then I'm looking for a fault, lol. I'm looking foward to Gothic II.

Gothic 2: 8/10 points

I've just finished Gothic II and while it held my attention with plenty of side quests and a great main plot it left many question unanswered - which, like others, I hop will be answered in Gothic III. The main attraction for me are the way the NPCs have lives and personalities of their own and the 3D immersive graphics are excellent. I can't help but compare G I with G II and I have to say that I didn't find the ending anywhere near as spectactular as G I. Looks like the guys at Piranha bites were strapped for time. Great game, higly recommended.

Mistmare: 8/10 points

Great game - I loved it! Has it's plus's and and minus's tho, but the plus's outweight the minus's.

Neverwinter Nights: 8/10 points

This was only the second PC game I'd ever played and I loved it. The story, as it unfolded, was engrosing, easy to follow and logical and as a result my character developed as well. Combat was challenging, NPCs were rounded and the settings were excellent. This was my first AD&D game and the rules were easy to understand along with character creation and development. However, I found the use of magic difficult and confusing. NWN kept me playing until the early hours and I'm keenly anticipating the expansion(s).

Summoner: 9/10 points

I liked Summoner. Good graphics, if rather bland, good characters, good storyline. Looking foward to Summoner II

Vampire: The Masquerade - Redemption: 4/10 points

An ambitious undertaking that fell flat when entering the modern-age. The guns, flame-throwers, chainsaws etc. were a total farce, I kept a sword and did more damage with that :-s I liked the idea very much.
