A somewhat critical review of Obsidian's Star Wars KotOR II: The Sith Lords is online at eToychest. The score is 83% and here's a snippet:
Making a worthy sequel to a game that got such accolades such as ‘Game of the Year’ seems like it should be a very daunting quest. Knights of the Old Republic, developed by Bioware, is considered to be one of the best RPGs in recent years, easily one of the best Star Wars games ever made, and is heavily vaunted by fans of both types of games. With the reigns passed over to another developer, Obsidian, questions such as storyline continuity, improvements, and overall gameplay were issues of concern before the release of the sequel. After giving KOTOR II – The Sith Lords a run-through, the answers to these questions are obvious… Response: Meatbags should be pleased with the continued storyline, but might find the amount of bugs, loading and framerate issues overshadowing the limited improvements offered.
