Hear the news:
The next thing I want to make sure to mention is that this is a BETA and not the finished version of the mod. There are things that are not finished, things that need tweaking, etc. Please feel free to say anything you feel about the mod to me. I reply to every reasonable (non-excessively rude) email that I recieve, and gladly welcome feedback. There are going to be bugs, folks, and the readme contains a list of those that are known at this point- so please read that document.

I only ask that the thread not be used for bug-reporting or spoilers. The reason for this is simple- many people have encountered problems specific to something they did, such as mis-installing the mod, etc, rather than an actual problem related to the plugin itself. Spoilers should be self-explanatory..

In order to FULLY enjoy the beta version, you must be using a Predator (Yautja) race character. If you don't want to start a new game, use the "enablestatreviewmenu" or "enableracemenu" cheat to convert the race of a current PC to their race.
Most Pred NPC's will not talk to you (they will in updates) unless you are of their race at this point in the mod. Besides, it is a lot more fun being in control of a 7.5' alien (in my opinion anyway)

The most significant *bug* at this point is that if you keep saving over old save games/reloading save games multiple times you'll see the Pred NPC's clone (I.E. you will see two of the same one) so try to save to a new file whenever you save and try not to frequently reload the same game. Quicksave if need be. The cloning isn't game breaking but can affect performance and gets annoying. We are searching for a more direct means to eliminate this.

KEEP IN MIND THAT THIS IS A PERFORMANCE DEMANDING (high end models and textures) MOD. Most of the content was tested on a 2Ghz P4 with a GeForce4 TI5600 or similar hardware. So please take this into account when you are downloading the plugin.

The plugin is very quest oriented and doing things before their time can screw some things up. We've tried to prevent this whenever we could but it is possible. Myself and Thanos_Of_Tiatan are constructing a walkthrough that will be made availiable as soon as its done in order to minimize this.

Also, due to popular demand, this is a VERY difficult mod- at points. People asked for a challenging plugin, so they recieved. Some of the new quests are best suited for a higher level PC, but in many cases highlevel NPC's can go with you.
