InXile is Brian Fargo's (Interplay founder and old president) new company. This information is based on an Interplay forum thread on recent US Patent Office filings by Inxile. InXile previously made a similar filing for Bard's Tale, so it would seem Fargo's new company wants to revive two classic franchises. Fingers crossed!
