The Morrowind Beta Testers Group has announced that it is accepting mod submissions from now on. The modifications will only be tested for compatibilty. MBTG is not a review site.

Here's a little bit about them:
The Morrowind Beta Testers Group is merely a group of gamers that signed up, and were selected to help Bethesda Softworks test official patches and plug-ins for Morrowind. We have decided, with Bethesda Softwork's blessing, to expand our testing to third party plug-ins. We feel that, as a community already established with testing Morrowind in mind, we can offer a worthwhile service to creators of these third party modifications, by testing their modifications, and helping track down any bugs related to said modifications. If you are one such mod creator, and wish to submit your modification for testing, go to the submission form.

The testing that we offer will verify that the modification has passed two pieces of criteria:

    1. It has been found to be compatible with the officially released patch, at the time of testing.

    2. The submitted mod contains all of the changes/additions that it promises to.

Modifications will be tested on a first-come, first-serve basis, based upon date of submission. They will be tested for functionality only. We do not review modifications.

The Morrowind Beta Testers Group will keep a list of modifications on this site that have been tested and found to be bug-free, as well as send out a graphic that mod creator's can put on their website to link back here and show that their mod has passed our testing. Should you see this list, or graphic on any third-party site, you should refer back to this site, as this is the only site we can assure is kept up to date, and has accurate content.
