There's an interview with Andy Muir from Silverback Entertainment on their futuristic action/RPG Harbinger at Stratos Group. Here's a bit:
SG: All in all, how long did the development work on Harbinger take? Were there any particularly tense moments, or has the development process been relatively easy for you guys?

AM: Harbinger took almost four years to develop. Pretty much everything that we thought would be difficult to implement turned out not to be. Conversely, things that should’ve taken very little time plagued us all through the project. Everyone had a lot of different responsibilities, a lot of hats to wear, so while one aspect was being focused on, the other parts would suffer. It was an insane grind, and we were stretched about as thin as possible, but I wouldn’t trade the experience for anything.
