I just visited German printmag GameStar's website and found three noteworthy, but not (imminently) RPG-related newsbits:
- US TV-station FOX released an interview with George Lucas with the following quote: "Essentially, Peter is making three three-hour movies out of one book," Lucas said. "And I'm making NINE two-hour movies from one book."
Lucasfilm disclaimed the statement, because Lucas was wrongly interpreted. The corrected interview can be found here.
- On june 21st, J.K. Rowling is scheduled to finally release Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix, the fifth book of the series. According to CNN, the book with contain 255.000 words filling 768 pages in 38 chapters and being a third longer than book 4.
- FutureMark (formerly called MadOnion) has released a first video of their popular benchmark program 3DMark 2003, which is scheduled for a Qi 2003 release!
