A new Glympse interview has been posted at AVault. They talk to Chris Miller about the game:
Q: Which gameplay element will have the heaviest emphasis - role-playing or first-person shooting?

A: The shooting element in this case is more of a generic term. For that matter, so is role-playing. In the case of Glympse, it's difficult to define what the emphasis is - and that's by design. The idea is to give players the tools with which to play the game, then step back and let them do their thing - not to dictate a style of gameplay. I think "adventure" better describes it. If people wish to band together to role-play in whatever methods they wish, so be it. If players wish to run around the planet, blasting denizens of evil or good - then that's okay too. Players will make Glympse what they want it to be, and we'll give them all the tools they need to do it.
