In my own personal opinion, vindictive ex-fans will eventually give way to a new playerbase not wedded to what SWG once was. They'll meet up with the continuing fans, veterans like my buddy Ahmose who've been through it all and loves the game still. Together they'll create a new player society to repopulate what was once a thriving society. They'll do so upon the ruins of old decayed cities, buildings of forgotten origin, in the same way societies have done so throughout history. And, they'll do so without being encumbered by living with the incremental introduction of these features. They'll do so within a fairly complete system.
