Dransik now introduces Pahse 1 of Paperdolling on the test server:
First release of paperdolling has been released on the test server.
PaperDolling Phase I
What we are more looking to do here is test the network code and the ability to switch with others onscreen.
We know there are bugs in the frames and animations.
You do not need to report messed up frames, in or out of combat mode, attack frames, fidgets, etc.
These frames will be fixed this week and hopefully we will be fully launched by this coming weekend.
Also on the test server are the following features:
The controller interface (drawing the box for selection, and if you have a follower,
you will see the menu with a right-click. However, the code isn't in place yet.)
Logout Timer Code:
1) 20 second timer for wanted players and criminals (grey reputation)
2) 10 second timer for everybody else (unless they are in a safe area), then it's instant
3) broadcast of wanted and criminal players leaving
4) Monsters will not attack me while the timer is active. Exception: They had a lock on me *before* I activate the timer.
5) Players cannot attack me while the timer is active. Exception: They had a lock on me *before* I activate the timer.
*note
If you leave by pushing Alt-F4, Alt-x, or connection loss, you will get these.
If you leave by pushing the in-game [x], you will stay in game for your timer and once you get out,
you are logged out of the game (with no timer after that). This allows you to react to somebody attacking
you if you were targeted.
If you attack, move, use anything, or cast a spell, your timer stops and you are back in the game.
