While Interplay has not yet officially confirmed the closing of its Black Isle Studios RPG division, it’s become clear from other media reports that the long time development studio has effectively shut its doors. How ironic that the final two Interplay products from this studio are due for release later this month: Baldur’s Gate: Dark Alliance II and Fallout: Brotherhood of Steel. We will give our hands-on preview impressions of Dark Alliance II later this week but for now we will do the same for a near final Xbox build of Fallout: Brotherhood of Steel we received from Interplay (the game will also be released on the PS2).
