We recently discovered a problem with our in-game support system yesterday which prevented any petitions from being received by our CCR team. The problem occurred on Saturday, Sunday, and Monday and is now fixed. Any CCR petitions sent in during this time were lost and failed to reach our support teams. Any player that sent in a petition and did not receive a response, please re-submit your help request so we can assist you.
