Warlords 4 is the turn-based (elder) brother of the RTS Warlords Battlecry. The site holds screenshots, races descriptions, wallpapers and an FAQ, which is not too long as of yet, so we can print it here: Q. What is Warlords IV? A. Warlords IV is the next title in the popular turn-based strategy series Warlords. Q. I thought Warlords Battlecry was the 4th Warlords? A. Warlords Battlecry is not Warlords IV, it is the first game in a series of Real Time strategy titles set in the Warlords universe. Q. How does Warlords IV differ from Warlords 3 DLR? A. Warlords IV introduces you to a new level of resolving battles with the addition of Tactical Battles to Warlords. Battles are now resolved on a turn-by-turn basis in a tactical environment. Of course if you prefer for the battles to be resolved by the computer, this option is still available. Q. When will Warlords IV be released? A. We anticipate releasing Warlords IV in Q1 of 2003. Q. Can I be a beta tester? A. Unfortunately SSG is not responsible for beta testing, Ubisoft, our publisher is. They have their own internal beta testing department and they will handle all testing. Q. Will Warlords IV have a campaign? A. Yes. Warlords IV will employ a similar campaign style to that of Warlords Battlecry II. You will be able to play a non-linier campaign as you fight for the land of Etheria. Q. Will there be persistant heroes in Warlords IV A. Yes. Your hero will continue from scenario to scenario becoming more powerfull as you enhance different abilities and empower your hero with spells. Q. What races will be available in Warlords IV? A. Sirians (Humans), Elvallie (Elves), Dwarves, Orcs, Undead and the new evil Volturnan. Q. Your web page has heaps of information about Warlords IV, where can I find more? A.
