A lot of the storyline is based on the original story and design of the first game. Fable Lost Chapter fits right into the story and world of Fable and ties up the end of the game.

After you complete the main quest, The Lost Chapters begin. The final quests of the game contains an entire plot arc unto itself that's entirely new previously unseen hero makes contact with the guild, and you start a new journey to the unexplored northern continent, has always been on the in-game map now you get to travel there!
