Here's a clip: How will this expansion be used to further develop the caster balancing project which started back in February of 2002? Only in that we plan to keep the expansion itself and the new levels balanced.  We don’t really plan to ‘use’ this expansion to deal with existing balance issues.  We’ll continue to work on that as a separate issue.  Though we do have some plans to make changes before the release of Planes of Power to affect some much needed changes.  We’ll get more out on that soon.
