It's only available for subscribers of IGN's insider service at this time. No need to search for your mom's credit card though. The movie is going to be made available for the public by the end of the week according to this forum post from Kevin "Q-3PO" O'Hara (Community Relations Manager for the 'SWG' forums at Sony Online Entertainment). "Q-3PO" has also revealed in this thread that the NDA is still in place but expected to be lifted in May. This may be an indication that 'SWG' is not going to be delayed too much further.
