We heard of them, too, but we decided not to post them because of 2 reasons: These newsbits talk of Interplay/BIS as publisher/developer - and regarding all the happenings lately I consider this combination to be very unlikely at best. Second, there hasn't been an official announcement about Fallout 3 yet, and while it may be possible that such a game is in the works, not even that has been announced so far.
