Early Friday we met with Mythic in its plush 'behind-closed-doors' suite to learn more about -- and get a hands-on glimpse -- at Warhammer Online. VE readers know I have a long running addiction to Dark Age of Camelot (Mythic's other mmog) so I was honestly interested in checking the game out. Remember four+ years ago when DAoC was built as an EverQuest killer? Well, Warhammer Online wants to do the same to World of Warcraft. On the surface, Warhammer Online looks and plays a lot like WoW. It has the same art style (what came first, the chicken or the egg?) and the gameplay is similar as well. Welcome to World of Warhammer.
