DAoC: Monday Hotfixes

Only one small hotfix listed at the Camelot Herald:
We snuck the following fixes in. If you're currently in the game, you need to log out and log back in for these two to take effect:

- Fixes an issue where some /qbind commands were not being saved across zoning or relogging.
- Fixes a potential crash issue with some custom UIs and the Map Window.
