The same greatiness with Krondor only with better graphics

garrett has rated 6/10 points (Click here to see more Reviews from garrett)

Somehow it didn't live up to the original Betrayal at Krondor.

HiddenX has rated 4/10 points (Click here to see more Reviews from HiddenX)

the story was boring in my opinion.

I seemed to enjoy this game much more than the other people who bashed it at release. Lots of fun with skills and battles.

DarkFencer has rated 4/10 points (Click here to see more Reviews from DarkFencer)

This game, created with the same engine, and by the same company as one of the greatest RPGs of all time, Betrayal at Krondor is a dull, boring game. The game world has none of the richness of Krondor (nor is it a sequal, just the same engine), and the story was bland. Not worth your time.

[LoD] Asparouh has rated 3/10 points (Click here to see more Reviews from [LoD] Asparouh)

Betrayal in Antara was a waste of money if you ask me.

Ykalon has rated 4/10 points (Click here to see more Reviews from Ykalon)

The reason it didn't live up to Betrayal at Krondor was that it was NOT a sequel to it. Feist has NOTHING to do with this game. Return to Krondor is the real sequel. Stay away from this game

Shyguy has rated 4/10 points (Click here to see more Reviews from Shyguy)

Dull, boring game. Uninspired rehash of the Betrayal at Krondor engine.

Mr Moo has rated 10/10 points (Click here to see more Reviews from Mr Moo)

cool game

Dukkha has rated 6/10 points (Click here to see more Reviews from Dukkha)

Very boring and slow game.

Don has rated 9/10 points (Click here to see more Reviews from Don)

Was it quite as good as Betrayal at Krondor? Probably not. But there are so few RPGs that actually challenge you mind. I see that that DW Bradley's new 'RPG' will be in essense an arcade game. Antara had some cool puzzles and suprises in a true story line.

gork has rated 8/10 points (Click here to see more Reviews from gork)

when it came out, it was nice. the game only technically sucks, especially compared to nowadays. the story is great, and the rest (atmosphere, characters and development, combat-system...) is at least good, if not better. but the buggy and inadequate engine was not so good. i played it through and enjoyed it. a remake with up-to-date-graphics would/could be a big success. but thatīs only my opinion. praise the holy god RELOAD!

Not a bad game at all, but I couldn't help thinking that this was a washed-out watercolor compared to BaK's vibrant primary colors.
