PlayStation 2 fans of the Final Fantasy franchise have been salivating and waiting for the arrival of Final Fantasy XI, a Massively Multiplayer Online Role Playing Game that promised a fully functional and always evolving universe that would rival the EverQuest world of Norrath. Yet with so many holdups, mostly due to the fact that the HDD hardware has been delayed too many times to keep count, PS2 owners began to think that only the Japanese and now the American PC crowd would only get to play this game.
