Control-wise, the game has a tutorial right at the beginning that gets you into things right away, and combat is fun and fast paced. Once you find a weapon and arm it, holding down the Right trigger on the Xbox controller charges up your strike. The longer you hold the trigger, the more powerful the blow. Weapons also have to be taken care of, or they'll disappear after they're used up.
