Hello, and happy New Year!

My name is Meghan Rodberg, and I’m the new Online Community Manager for Middle-Earth Online. You’ll find me posting on the forums as “Patience.”

When I was 6 years old, my father read the Silmarillion to me and my older brother. I don’t remember a word of it (the reading was purely for my brother’s benefit, and in true annoying little sister fashion I just had to be there, too). One of my earliest memories is sitting in the den, dark but for the light my dad was reading by, while the big story and its big words went right over my head.
