Greg Zeschuk and Andrew Goldman of the newly formed BioWare/Pandemic Studios (cool name, huh?) have started hitting the web to sell their visions to the paying public. There's interviews at IGN and 1Up:How will this affect the creative process?
Zeschuk: One of the interesting things will be to share what we each do. Neither side is going to push anything on the other, but we're going to open the kimono to the way we do things to each other and by that, we think we're going to both be stronger. Because we guarantee that there's stuff we're going to learn from Pandemic and vice versa. We have tremendous respect for what they do, and we think this is a great opportunity to share things. Because we tend to be a little bit insular, there are proprietary secrets too, but this opens the door. |
