Nice. Pharaoh Productions (run by former Artifact Entertainments CEO David Allen) has put up a Q&A page for their games, where they answer user submitted questions. Here's a bit from there:
Q:David Allen, Utildayael, and Doug Shuler together again. It’s great to see you guys back on your feet again making games. What kind of level of communication can we expect from Pharaoh with the fan base? Do you still want to hear our ideas or should we just give our opinion of the game so far? Any hope for a FAQ anytime soon? Are any of you games going to have Dragons in it or as a playable race? Got any vague idea as to when the game will be out I can't wait to see your final products it should be a blast.
Pharaoh: Well, we're working hard on establishing DOMINION as an upcoming title, so all of our efforts are turned towards properly building the company and the financial support mechanism. I have always relied on the gaming community for feedback, and Pharaoh will be no different.
The current Design Spec overview that’s up will serve as the FAQ until we update it (which should be fairly soon).
We have no plans of including dragons as a playable race in DOMINION.
We're looking at a Q2 2003 release for DOMINION on the Xbox, and the PC release roughly 3 months after that. |
