Oops, almost forgot about this one. Received the latest press mailer from Reakktor Media earlier today (thx @ Jens Bremmekamp from Reakktor).
So, here's the latest on the company's work-in-progress futuristic MMORPG Neocron:

Welcome to a new edition of the Neocron DevNews!

So what's new in the developer dungeons of REAKKTOR.COM? Well, while experiencing some difficulties and misunderstandings with the company which is manufacturing the CDs for Neocron (www.neocron.com) beta stage three, we busied ourselves with working on details like monster names, mission scripts and other things which we will patch into the game right after (or right before) the launch of the next test stage.

Lately there's been much discussion going on in our forums (www.neocron.com/forum/index.php3) about hacking and how it will be done in Neocron. Well, what we said about it for the past still holds true: you will be able to hack terminals, locked doors and supply boxes, and from hacking terminals in particular you may gain expensive data or important information regarding ongoing plots and storylines. We know that many of you long for a "real" 3D-Cyberspace in Neocron - as we do, too. And in fact we already have some plans for that, but it will probably have to be patched in after release.

Last but not lease I've taken some time out of my schedule to get some new screenshots. Have a look at some scenes taken on my voyage starting at the CityMercs headquarters and leading through the wastelands. Enjoy. :)

    Mit freundlichem Gruss,
    with kind regards,

Jens 'Nemesis' Bremmekamp, Community & Game Content Management
