NPCs add nothing to the game, and don't really react to your character in any meaningful way. Many quests are deathly dull. Most subsystems are under-developed like thieving, stealth, economics, reputation, NPC interaction, combat, and acrobatics(can't even sit). Dungeons and above ground are repetative and mostly uninspiring. No puzzles that I could find to challenge you mentally. Poor animations and sound. All dressed up and no place to go.
