What if...

A group of neutrals jumps an Imperial in wild space.
First off, the act of attacking the Imperial makes all the neutrals involved into enemies of the Imperial faction for 48 real time hours. Secondly, if the Imperial dies, the neutrals may be reported and outcast.

Let´s say a neutral attacks a Stormtrooper in safe space.
The neutral is flagged as an enemy to Imperials, of course. He´s also an aggressor to Imperials. This means that for a time period, any Imperial can attack the neutral. The neutral also picks up a bit of Rebel standing, which can result in him eventually becoming attack-on-sight to all Imperial NPCs.
