It is time to stretch your imaginations and flex your creativity! This is a short story contest, to be based on the Desert of Flames Expansion. Not just about the Desert of Flames, but in the tale. Immerse us into your character and your storyline. Carry us away with your detail and imagery. Draw us in with the plot!

Here is what we're doing: With the release of EQ2:Desert of Flames coming on September 12, 2005, we thought we would invite the gaming community to write short stories based on the premise of Desert of Flames. You are in no way required to use facts of the expansion. You can expand upon what you would have liked to see in the game, or as you see it in your mind's eye.
