It seems there have been a series of non-disclosure agreement (NDA) breaches during The Chronicles of Spellborn beta.
Good Day TCoS Visitors,

We have, over the past few days, seen an increase in Beta NDA breaches. As such we are publically detailing our policy regarding such occurrences. ALL users of this website, our IRC network, or the game itself should be aware of these facts.
