As part of the live testing phase for the Character Transfer system, the new service will be made available on the following four Japanese shards: Asuko, Mizuho, Sakura, and Wakoku. These four shards will be updated with Publish 23 (the "Character Transfer publish") during their normal morning maintenance periods on Tuesday, March 23 (8am JST), to be active once the shards return from their scheduled maintenance.

As a reminder, here's a list of all shards that will have Character Transfer available as of March 23rd:

• US Central & East Coast: Atlantic, Chesapeake, Great Lakes, Lake Superior
• US West Coast: Baja, Napa Valley, Pacific, Sonoma
• Japan: Asuka, Mizuho, Sakura and Wakoku
