It's been rather quiet in the world of indie cRPGs (with the exception of some larger projects we cover in full) but it's been a little while since our last roundup - so although there's no new projects we know of, here's a handful of updates...
The creator of the post-apoc project Abaddon has had an "epiphany" (his words) and a Western/civil war theme will be merged with the current post-apoc setting. The site is currently being redesigned to reflect the change of direction.
A small update to the Darghul site notes the game should be released this year. Darghul is being developed by Wolf Mittag, who created the excellent 'Teudogar and the Alliance with Rome'.
Two new Quest Packs are available for HeroQuest, the turn-based fantasy game based on Game Workshop's board game of the ame name. The 'Trilogy' series contains 5 packs with 3 quests each and 'Revenge of the Witchlord' is a 10 chapter campaign.
Lost Labyrinth, the 20-minute fantasy graphical roguelike has hit v4.012f.
Don't forget to let us know of any indie projects you discover so we can include them next time. |
