ToTheGame has slapped up a preview of Blizzard's 'World of Warcraft'.Entering into the fray of massive multiplaying madness are our friends at Blizzard. No stranger to great games, Blizzard is responsible for the very successful and addictive Warcraft series. Carrying a legion of die-hard fans, they hope to transform this successful series into yet another MMORPG.
Though it might seem like a big change for the Blizzard team to branch off into a game like this, you can count on one main thing; no matter what type of game it is, and that is pure enjoyment. Entering World of Warcraft, it’s easy to see how Blizzard aims to keep their fan base happy, and with a little luck, grab a lot of casual MMORPG players. From the moment you step into the game you’re met with a sense of simplicity that most MMORPGs lack. Everything from leveling your character, starting out a quest, or learning a trade skill can be done in a matter of minutes, not hours. Like every other title out there, World of Warcraft offers a lot of monster fighting, plenty of quests that usually split between item collecting and more monster fighting, trade skills such as blacksmithing, tailoring, alchemy, engineering (for guns and such), and a few others. |
