Ever wanted to work on a highly regarded MMORPG, well, heres your chance (provided you have the skills needed). Mythic has released info on who they want to hire, and here it is:

    New Mythic Entertainment Customer Support Job Postings

    Our Customer Support Department currently has several openings for Game Support Staff and Server Leads, both full and part time. These positions will report to and work in our Fairfax Virginia offices. Preferably, applicants will already live in or near the Washington DC/Metro area.

    Position: Game Support Staff

    Description: This position serves as the first tier of in game support for Dark Age of Camelot. Job duties include initial response to player appeals, resolving first level problems and issues, and assisting new players with basic game play type questions.

    Requirements: The ideal applicant will have 3 to 6 months of experience working in a Call Center, Helpdesk or Online Support Center. Exemplary customer service skills are a must. Demonstrated excellence in written communication is required. Experience as a Volunteer, Guide, or In Game Support Representative a plus.

    Position: Server Lead

    Description: This position serves as the lead Customer Support Representative for their assigned server. Position responsibilities include the handling of low to mid level escalations, weekly reporting on issues affecting assigned server, and maintaining a high level of Customer Service for their assigned server.

    Requirements: Only applications that have the requisite experience will be considered for this position. This applicant must have 6 months to 1 year of experience working in a Call Center, Helpdesk or Online Support Center. Exemplary customer service skills are a must. Demonstrated excellence in written communication is required. Experience as a Volunteer, Guide, or In Game Support Representative a plus.
