However, while the Saga of Ryzom has innovations to offer on a few fronts, unless the developers do some very drastic changes to the overall pace of the game, then don’t expect Ryzom to be any different than the other MMORPGs out there. While playing I got the feeling that the game was very similar to Star Wars Galaxies; except I had more fun playing Galaxies than I did Ryzom. Ryzom feels so much like Galaxies that while I was running through a desert attacking some non-original flying bird thing, a friend came by and asked when Galaxies added a "new race."
