Restricted area published by Whiptail Interactive is described on the box as an action packed cyber-punk RPG set in 2083. It features 'IRIS' which claims to be the most powerful engine ever written for an Isometric game and was created especially for Restricted Area. So as we tear down the hype, does this one offer anything new?
