Gamespy has interviewed William Westwater about 'The Matrix Online':
GameSpy: How is the beta going so far, from a technical point of view?

William Westwater: We love it, especially the server team. As our lead engineer once promised, the servers go down, the servers come back. No intervention, and often no one even knows. Our tech ops team is taking an extended vacation when by all rights they should be pulling all-nighters.
