Brash is telling us that the .ESM, the main file for his mod, is reaching almost 40 megs alone! Check it:
According to the "file details", 39,494.75KB of the esp is made up from a total of 2,208 land (exterior) cells

In comparison, Morrowind.esm had "only" 1,390 land (exterior) cells...

Sooooo glad I do not need to mow all that grass!!
Better get a high speed connection for downloading this one when it's released.
